Woodlands Permit Terms & Conditions


Foxhill is a place of retreat; please respect the peace and tranquillity of the site.

Permits are valid for one year from the date of joining.

Permit holders should remember to bring their permit with them when they visit. We may refuse entry without your permit.

Permits are not transferrable and can only to be used by the named card holder.

Please park on the lower car park. Parking is at your own risk.

Paths may be slippery, especially in wet and icy conditions. Please take care when walking in the grounds. Foxhill is not liable for any injuries.

Permit holders are responsible for their guests and behaviour. Children are only permitted on the site when supervised by an adult permit holder. 

Dogs are welcome in the grounds but must be under close control at all times, put on a short lead when requested by a member of staff and any faeces removed.

We have a zero-tolerance policy to drug use and to the excessive consumption of alcohol on the site.

Permit holders must not use social media to discuss issues about the site, its staff or other visitors in an inappropriate way.

 We have a zero-tolerance policy to insulting or aggressive behaviour towards staff, guests or other visitors.

Entry to the grounds is subject to these terms and conditions and we reserve the right to restrict entry or ask permit holders to leave the site for reasons of health & safety, or if we consider that it is in the best interests of Foxhill, its staff, guests or other visitors.
